Timing of this ann = smells fishy, should have advised shareholders sooner, I agree. But I think their actions speak louder than any words here. We can call this a delay back in March when they probably knew about this; but what management have done is reorganise their priorities, get other projects moving instead so that time is not wasted. In other words, "good" planning to come up with "results/action" to make up for the delay. I call that a positive for shareholders
