We are not stupid ! when the management does not answer emails, does not answer/or return calls, till only recently did not have a REAL address (it wasn't till long I called the secretary a few months ago and she said Gino worked from home and was unable to connect me to him!!!), when they recycle information which can only imply one or the other was misleading and inaccurate as timelines conflict,

... etc etc ... then 

we do  NOT  have a "different" problem. We have THE problem and that is this management is using our funds and sit there not doing anything but recycling announcements to justify their existence in the company.
