You don't understand, it's not about the price of graphite it's about the stability of supply. Most graphite and refining plants are in China. This move means battery manufacturers have no trust in their supply now. Now the tap can be more easily shut off. That means the premium they pay for Aussie graphite migyt be worth it. And as ex-china resources become more necessary to Europe and the US the financing becomes a lot easier for us. Syrah has been loaded up with money from Biden to hasten their AAM plant because they knew the Chinese would make moves like this...
