With Broker reports out in the market (via BFC website), it appears unlikely that BFC will have a profit/guidance warning running into EOFY announcement. Damage is done.
Current predicament makes FY 21/22 and forward estimates in Broker Reports look like fantasy.
Bega share price drop is a big warning - high milk prices will squeeze processor margins. Private label/house brand contracts will erode Processor profits not Retail margins.
BFC problem known - Fix is ??? Got to be radical and fast.
BFC cash must surely be nonexistant. Debt providers propensity to play??
Sold so no longer my problem but there remains an interesting business challenge that looks beyond the current Board.
