Background information to these reports surely must have come from BFC - Board and Management.
DD your A$600KG is very very different to expected prices shown in both reports. Also note cheese to have positive gross margin. Have read posts on BFC that show imported Mozzarella is coming into Australia at A$5.20kg block yet BFC estimated factory cost is $6.20kg.
DD, BFC must be short of cash. Balance Sheet will probably show increased Debt.
End August we get EOFY announcement - numbers shown in Broker Reports are a big warning but more problems in FY21/21 must be no Cheese margin, no lactoferrin margin/sales (contracts??), no positive cash and more pain.
Time for change - new Plan. new Board and Management changes.
Will buy back when changes made and price reflects true value.
