It would. However, pretty much by definition taking two sub Tier 1 assets and joining them together doesn't make a Tier one Asset. The majors know that because they own and run them.
In this case you have a known Tier 2 Cortedellia plus Lower grade Productora to be spiced up by satellites. Even before Cortedellia came into play I thought it would be a logistical nightmare to get the costs down. Inclusive of all the DFS's
I accept the whole lot may get into production in a Cu shortage scenario but having the economics of a Tier 1? Pffft.
