Mate the funding agreement can be terminated without penalty to the company and if a SPP or RI went out to sh as a means to raise cash (instead of relying on the funding) then we would see a decent rise in SP. My personal belief is that the stock assist facility has been useful in the past but should be retired now as it is keeping price down.
