I don't get the reason for renting a house in Mt Isa with this...

I don't get the reason for renting a house in Mt Isa with this level of activity. Reminds me of the prior lot renting an office in Vancouver whilst not much happened.
Is it just for a change of scenery or what? Who lives there given not much seems to be happening? Who owns the property? Hopefully not a holding company in the Cayman islands.

Were they expecting co-operation from Glencore on the JV and hence more activity?
Or was it for Nth Isa? I mean they had wanted to start with Tulloch anyway and at the last minute furphied to drill that 'old mine' when Glencore dangled an IP carrot in their face. Glencore must surely have known about the rock package in their hole not far away... so what... a deliberate gaslight, or oversight not to mention?
Yet nothing on Tulloch despite mooted sampling that ought to have been delivered many months ago.

All very hard to understand.
