this is the problem with cap rises it’s just a given they get a guaranteed 15-25% discount and sometimes options as well and most of them just dump with no risk they don’t care about the fundamentals as they move on and repeat and the funny thing is when you ask about it they say we can’t raise through shareholders as they will dump so they might toss us a small percentage , well which Instos don’t dump , it really is criminal and no one does anything about it , one of the current affair programs would be due to get a retired fund manager to blow the whistle again , been done before but really how can the government charge high cap gains for such blatant robbery of the inexperienced it’s unfair trading at its worst , the 50% discount should be three months not a year it’s to long in pennies , now inflation is off the planet how do we keep up it’s not like we can ask for a pay rise , I feel sorry for the people who don’t really understand what’s going on
