Not really, because the claims are not accurate.
Things don't magically appear, the company (also known as an EXPLORER) look for potential, or EXPLORE options for viability. Some are good, some are not.
There have been a lot of opportunities come around quite quickly. The company obviously thought they were worth the risk. Some more than others hence offloading them when they werent.
