And we all know LNR doesn't need to spend all of the cash it currently has, not to mention TOL accessing investment proceeds if required, IF the farm-in is not worth pursuing.

As with most farm-ins in the junior space, cashflow is not available to simply fund all of the acquisition from the get go, nor is it wise to risk everything on an exploration project. Hence these deals are done regularly to mitigate risk. The reality is that if every project is a duster you'll go broke eventually. LNR is not immune to such issues. All said and done, there is literally nothing to see here - not an issue.

But I'm fairly sure all of those that want in below 0.3c are fully aware of these issues, but are playing the only card they have - bashing on HC.

Unfortunately we will keep hearing this drivel until the clearances are issued. Maybe once the first pass drilling is complete and management has data in front of them we will bid sayonara to these trolls.
