Are you suggesting that they could have got a better deal, one which would have kept their renumeration going for longer, but said no?
There is little if any intellect exhibited in your postings and rational thought seems beyond you.
Stranger things have happened than LNR pulling out a rabbit such as MEI. you can poke around for years, switching from one commodity to the next, and bingo, you strike it rich. Similar number of shares on issue too.
