It looks like you need the extra help from strangers to control your behavior and thank you for specifically requesting it, but indeed I am in favour of calling your bluff.
Please don't post here again, it will be better for you, but remember ultimately it is your own self control that will keep you off the LNR boards regardless of whether people reply to you or not.
