Protection from what getting ownership of a fantastic project at a fair price?
These projects don't just fall out of the sky, the only reason BCN shareholders even got a look in was due to the ongoing legal action the GMG and GG had underway prior to their involvement and what seems their desire to get it into BCN hands.
I'd be very careful of talk of this being a poor deal, there is nothing stopping this project being sold off to another group or developed privately.
That doesn't help anyone here who may be a BCN shareholder.
