12% ok.. + 4% ...maybe not... if you are already a salaried shareholder that will be earning divi's as well. .. is that tripple dipping??..quadriple dipping???

as an aside... any accounting guru's know if the directors deal would have netted BCN and franking creadits from the cost?

Whats the tally so far to the shareholders, from BCN's company coffers, for this failed deal?

Lets hope the directors front up and explain why they continued without proper due dilligence on the company's dime.
They do get paid to perform for BCN (the company) right... I damn sure the deals would have been done on BCN time.. not after hours.

Newbie22... I agree.. I really have lost a lot of faith in them.

Does anyone think I'm whistling dixie to expect an explanation to the shareholders?.. or are we not worth it?
