It's refreshing to see that ASX is doing their job for us. I agree with Robbo, it feels a bit like double dipping by the directors, no doubt they deserve it too, however, it's a reckless strategy used for years, looking for a tax deduction, and anyway that can be structured, usually is what they try to do.
This is small setback in my opinion, won't be long and they will find a way and get approval from ASX to proceed with the acquisition of Lady Ida.
