Hi guys thanks for your replies and informative input to the forum its starting to get back to discussion base how the company can move forward .
I like MyDisco thinking's as long as the escrow shares to cover the cost is under the 5% of the companies register as this gives a great deal of confidence to the market that these shares are going to directors for a small slice of the register and will not effect the market on expiry .
Like Joe And disco have mentioned why borrow to get this up and running we can finance this in house with time .
The guys do deserve reward for their efforts for getting this in our hands .
I don't believe any holder would denie them the well deserved the financial reimbursement they are entitled to how this will be paid , i am unsure how it can be drawn up .
Please keep the positive interaction going as this is great to have a forum back talking about the company and not the SP.
