I'm not sure that the events where a holder of tenements does not meet their obligations by discharging their duties in accordance with the requirements of the WA Mining Act can be claimed as a technicality.
If our OBM could simply walk up and mine this deposit why has it waited for so long to do it? The announcement reads a little like the co's management are trying to scare off the litigating partner maybe whilst still taking the wait and see approach before committing to spend money on tenements that they quite possible could loose.
I'm more interested to hear how the day to day operations are going.
