Re; cash: they had $4.23M at the end of the last quarter (per cashflow quarterly from about 6 weeks ago) - so likely down to $3.5M.
Those 3 substantial holders that you mention are:
1. MAG Chairman
2. Goldfields
3. MAG Director
Also, good point that you mention; last CR, which wasn't long ago was at 30c - current price 17.5c - so that's one way to beat the soph's and inner circle's buy-in/top-up price.
