It clearly says "one month" in the 2nd Nov ANN's title so it's more like 31+19=50 days for the first 600hrs. not sure how you worked out the 31 days number for 400hr either.
Either you didn't read the ANNs carefully (then don't blame the ANNs for clarity!) or you are just conveniently twisting those facts to suit some agenda.
Any ANNs from any company can always improve in terms of its clarity but your argument is rather weak here.
