Lilac will be there for the life of the project. They will be operating the modules etc.
Since we are so bound to the Lilac process, purity, ESG aspects etc, it makes sense to have a solid binding partnership with Lilac.
Lilac being so invested in the project gives real comfort to offtakers and investors.
No ownership changes in Lake, Lilac are just investing in Kachi project.
