Been "on the hunt" for a CEO for 3 years, but, NEEDED what Steve has done to attract ANYONE with the ability and experience to take over from where Lake IS NOW. MUST be VERY PATIENT to be a great hunter, rabbits come much easier and there's a few of them around. No way they would have received ANY interest from the quality person required, until NOW. Gladly, we didn't just grab anyone.
Now, let's see if the new one ticks the required boxes and takes this company into the big league where it is inexorably heading. They'll need to be VERY good.
