Unfortunately you are wrong. Humans have big egos and react strangely when pushed out.

As I posted yesterday, there are many examples of directors selling out all shares when pushed out from their posts with a long term financial outcome being vastly detrimental. E.g.
Steve Jobs sold his 11% stake in Apple in 1985 when pushed out
The couple who started Cisco Systems sold out when he was pushed out
and as someone added Mercedes sold out Tesla shares (10% stake) in 2009 - this stake would now be worth more than Merc total MC

There are also other possibilities like Steve was forced to sell his shares because they were used as collateral for other business/personal loans and the bank sold them to recover their funds. We do not know, our guesses appear to depend on our outlook on LKE's future - some of us are convinced of success while others see doom gloom and boom.
