You bring in the A team when you are on the final stretch, now you pay someone a shitload of money who has done it before. Management and board has always been the weakest part of LKE IMO. Great that they have recognised this and are making efforts to change it.
Steve has done a great job promoting LKE and getting it where it is today, but probably wasn't the right guy to take it to the next stage.
