Stretching it here, it looked like a normal block trade to me. I don't see any reason there would be any inquires, he sold cause he likely got pushed out, I'd probably anger sell too, take my 12m and go relax. Only reason there would be an inquiry is if he knew something the market didn't, which is why I don't see any need for an inquiry, it also gives me confidence that there is nothing bad coming on the horizon (at least from a company specific point of view).
