Will only be the 2nd Sop hopeful with environmental approval..in saying that, I don’t see the others having as many hurdles as Rwd did. (unless there is a sniff of bird life)
The last quarterly said “Preliminary documentation” is submitted with the Feds and due back end of quarter, Does that mean there are other issues to address??.
surely there can’t be more red tape..
Either way, I feel this horse is sitting in a nice spot in this staying race, compared to a certain sprinter that has just pulled up lame...
