    New to KWR just picked up a 300k parcel and looking to hold for a few years. still learning the ropes in investing, branching out from my first two investments to diversify and spread risk which there is plenty of in these types of stocks. What is everyone’s take on management, news flow, future Cap rise and where the SP is going this year?
