And the numbers are truly spectacular!

That is all we need moving forward to mining lease application and PFS.

We should expect a sugar hit and then a settling.

IPT has an OPEX of AU$3,264<< extraordinary!!

and a CAPEX of AU$253 M.

In comparison;

A4N OPEX estimate is now at US$ 7000/t as of 23 Oct 2023.

A4N CAPEX has blown out to AU$500 million.

A4N have totalled government grants of AU$82 million.

A4N also expect NAIF & EFA Project Finance of around $300 - 400 million.

And A4N are hoping for strategic investments/equity of another $100-150 million.

And yet, still have a SP valuation of $1.54

Much of that is based on independent market analysis commissioned in support of NAIF and EFA debt funding that provided support for prices of +US$30/kg longer term, and from recent average sale prices of US$35-
