    Hi djkencloud

    Interesting and thoughtful post.

    * The comparison with kaolin as the source material is apt only in terms of the high cost of that method. The Al2O3 rich clay is a totally different starting point.
    * Good point it is a chemistry more than it is a commodity and I agree that is where the sentiment hinges on getting offtakes.
    * Limited minelife?? Not sure you have read the MRE properly
    * Existing extraction methods are going to be at a disadvantage commercially when the CO2 component is considered. China and India are pushing back against the new EU rules... but they will be forced into compliance if they want to sell product.
    * IPT has flagged there is a looming supply shortage by 2026. Perhaps that is false and incumbents have plenty of undisclosed capacity... but at what cost of production? Will they increase their production, using a high CO2 emitting and high cost process and expect their end users to pay up (both in material supplied and environmental $ penalties)?

The thing about IPT is it has always been about finding a tier 1 project. That box is ticked.
