With the amount of shares available and potentially lucrative drilling looming this might go off with a big bang very soon, that’s the theory I’m working on anyway, 3 rate cuts stays on the agenda, Russell Small caps up nearly 2% + with the beaten down little leaguers playing catch up about to commence. Instos will be using the tax loss selling period and any downturn in market corrections to their full advantage over the coming months to accumulate what they can.
