In the copper space, the Minedex copper soils has three interesting zones on the TG tenement around Burmeister / Jaegermeister. The Minedex Copper in soils map is below.


The map below shows copper in drill results with a faint soils background picture. While there's a fairly consistent string of NW/SE drill holes through the TG6 tenement, the areas with elevated copper are also areas where no copper assay's exist. There's drill holes but not the copper readings. This is odd, but means these drill holes (at least on the public record) leave open the prospect of Copper mineralisation on the TG6 tenement. The southern most target is again almost exactly where TG6 intend to drill for Jaegermeister target C.


I need to do more reading on copper formation to figure out how it may be related to lithium formation. I'm sure there's others, but the Copper / Lithium instance I'm aware of is Delta Lithium where their they have a gold/copper mix and nearby lithium pegmatites at Mt Ida. The Money of Mines podcast did a session one time talking about the complications that Delta lithium Copper might have for its gold with all 3 in the same pit area. From Mt Ida its clear you can get copper and Lithium in close proximity. The better question is can you get commercial Copper and commercial lithium in close proximity?

As per the map below, its interesting that the areas with strong copper soils happen not to have any reading for Copper in drill holes!!
