I wasn't "knocking" the company or implying they'd timed the announcement etc.
Considering the past announcements of RWD - which you could probably count on one hand for the 07/08 period - I'm commending RWD for being PROACTIVE in keeping their shareholders informed.
Text sometimes isn't a good way to convey an opinion - and I certainly wasn't holding a negative opinion.
