See the below link. It seems in most cases Cobalt at grades of 0.1% or greater could be economically mined. With the majority of current global production from concentrations in the 0.1 to 0.4% range ( Congo & Australia). I suppose we just don't know how much is there. They found a bit of gold so that is encouraging and PRX is the best of my stocks today.
