Yes Hilux we are all hoping for some announcement of an agreement with the Central land Council.
Whilst ABM are seeking an exploration license, any agreement comes with far greater implications. According to the rules and regs under which they operate, if the CLC grant permission to ABM, or any other company, to explore they cannot then refuse any subsequent mining. That means that the discussions that have to be held before this agreement have a lot of facets to be agreed on. But it also means the license to explore comes with an unencumbered mining agreement, at least from the CLC aspect.
Little wonder these things take a lot of time. Also there are 90 members of the CLC to get together and convince! We have proved we are a patient mob, us ABM holders.
Some of us continue to be very optimistic.
