You wouldn't be shooting yourself in the foot.You don't just get one shot at it. if you fail the first time you ask what can we do to make the difference. Remember the 5yrs was given to see how much you put into the mine, building roads etc, just like Vimy(DYL) did to get it passed. The reason U308 is going up is because of shortage in the not so distance future but a scramble for mines to fill the gap is upon us and eventually it will settle on a reasonable price because enough companies will have been able to explore find and mine for that shortage. It is better to get established asap to be in the higher contract prices for the uranium to be able to pay loans for the plant and greater divis for your share holders.
