I think the Lakers need to question themselves. Why would LKE put out this announcement and in the very first paragraph highlight one of the biggest red flags?
They have not completed well pump flow tests. There is no data on this. They said it clear as day in the first paragraph. Yet somehow, without those flow test results they have determined they can pump out 50,000 tpa of LCE a year.
