Ann: Lake Resources Provided Kachi Project Update, page-13

I rarely look at HC threads for this stock anymore because I am tired of the ‘totally for’ or ‘totally against’ partisan bickering. Nevertheless, how on earth can the company get away with simply stating “Lake and Lilac have agreed to an amended timeline which both are confident can be achieved; as before, Lake will have certain buy back rights if Lilac does not meetagreed testing criteria in a timely manner” without explaining what that timeline is and what the criteria and certain buy back rights are?? This isn’t commercially sensitive: shareholders are entitled to know this, it runs to the very core of the project.
