Good announcement. It removes another question mark with the dispute having been officially resolved.
The positive is that this process appears to be traveling very well given what the team are looking to achieve here. Disrupting an entire industry is not without risk.
The negative for mine, unfortunate (or deliberate) that the timelines haven't been disclosed. Perhaps this is part of a new more cautious approach to communicating delivery timelines, but will be seen as a negative by some in the market.
