It certainly looks like he has the credentials and experience to deliver the job, I highly doubt the reason leaving would be lack of knowledge or experience. This guy was leading the ground and for him to depart with no explanation and sweet it swiftly under the rug stinks imo. Note he has delivered projects within budget,on time and with operational excellence. Perhaps Lakes unrealistic timelines had something to do with it..
