The reason of termination is confidential and not a disclosure company has to make. The fact is company bound to safeguard its confidentiality.
Much ruckus is made on this issue of leaving. Excessive rant appears to be the daily schedule in this forum.
If one goes back and analyse the incapable in LKE are being allowed to leave right from pervious MD to the current COO if evaluated from management perspective.
The entry of new vastly experienced personnel itself is indicative of the fact that previous leavers were not up to the task envisaged.
