If you have to make a public announcement stating that you MAY have to go to court with the partner which is solely responsible for the viability of your project, I would say things aren't going great.
But sure, we are the losers. And the market reaction today is wrong, and everything is going great! LKE to the moon!
Perhaps you should be more objective in your investments, then you won't be blindly thinking everything is okay.
