It all seems a bit of a storm in a tea cup. Either the written agreement says Sept 30 or it says November 30 or the timeline was left vague, hence the dispute. I'm 50:50 about going public on this, but I guess it's a sign of a competent CEO that a dispute with a partner is not hidden away from us the owners. We were all demanding more updates, more transparency, well we got what we asked for, enjoy.
