I see - as of 3/3/22 they had received 10% - probably based on the signed contract with spending commitments. So really an issue that is in the air for shareholders is what the terms of LKE's buy back rights are for the 10%, i.e. what price does LKE pay. It reads like the buy back rights are contingent on Lilac qualifying under Stage 2. (And what is Kachi worth in comparison to the agreed buyback price?).

Is Lilac looking like meeting the testing criteria? Would be good to know. Is there a gap between the agreed testing criteria, and an adequate testing result for a crack at having a commercial operation, is another question I have.

Maybe, for all we know the buyback right could be for anywhere between a peppercorn or at a valuers opinion. So maybe my conjecture is not so far off.
