Surely this is written somewhere in a contract with Lilac. If not why not. Leads easily to misunderstandings and disputes. DD needs to step up and sort this out asap. I trust also it is not a lever of public shaming to the reputation of Lilac to make them perform....what a way to handle such a significant progress point. Talk about ''performance management techniques". GLTAH anyway on an absolute red day everywhere. Look away if it gets too much.
