Can't say I'm surprised at the reaction from the market today. We went down 16.5%, maybe 5% of that could be attributed to the markets overnight in the US. I am okay with the dispute, when big money like this is involved it usually brings about a few hiccups, but surely this is something that could have been settled behind closed doors. Yes, transparency is good, but it seems like this could be resolved in house easily without the big hoohaa. The only thing I can think of is that it has become obvious to Lake that there will be a delay and they have used the contract and Lilac as a scapegoat.
