Here are my thoughts on the latest developments. It would be unwise for LKE's management to dispute apparent project delays unless the following two conditions are satisfied:
- It can be proven that project delays were caused by Lilac e.g. they were busy working in Bolivia on an even more lucrative deal than Katchi
- LKE has an equal or better DLE alternative e.g. one of those undisclosed involved with testing other LKE's projects may have also tested Katchi brines.
