    Does not matter who choose the word. Stu or a senior director/manager still need to approve it for release and if Stu did not then there is some serious chain of command issue within the company.
    If he approved for release then clearly he did not learn the lesson from Steve fiasco. Very disappointed. Either way Stu is 100% responsible as he is the current CEO/Chairman
