I have been a long-term holder of LKE , with an initial entry price of around $0.2. I have to say yesterday's announcement has been very disappointing and concerning.
A dispute with your technology partner which could go to arbitration for a disagreement on merely "2" months on the delivery of key milestones.
I suspect something worse is brewing, otherwise, such disagreement could have been solved behind a closed door.
Unlike ASN's DLE tech partner-Sunresin, Lilac's DLE is unproven for commercial-scale production.
Please note Kachi's brine has low concentration, without DLE, the project might not be economically viable.
It would be too late now to find another technology partner now.
