I honestly don't see how Lake "Wins" out of this disagreement ???
If Lake does win Arbitration and Lilac loses its 25% earn in interest...... What incentive is there for Lilac to continue
Its a lose-lose scenario
The only angle that makes any sense is that Lake wants to end its agreement with Lilac and go at it with a different DLE provider. After literally telling the market for years how great Lilac is, how they have had to fine tune + optimise the process over many years to make it work and that all DLE techs take years to fine tune to match the resource
I honestly don't see how Lake "Wins" out of this disagreement...
