Yeah, but I kinda agree with Lilac - it was out of their control that the containers were stored and not brought to site for set-up. If that is the case then I think LKE would need to be reasonable and adjust the requirements. If not, and Lilac were responsible for not brining the containers to site earlier, then it is in them and Lake are well within their rights to hold them to account - remember this is potentially worth billions to Lilac.

Ultimately, regardless of the outcome and a the state of the relationship following, Lilac are still contractually and operationally committed to this endeavour. I think they need to support the Kachi project to the end.

I guess what I am saying is that in the long run, should make no real difference to investors' positions.

All the intelligent and rational thinking FUD-miesters will know this, but what better opportunity to slam the company and either cover shorts or establish a lower entry point.
